The Angenieux MSU-1A Single-Motor Cine Zoom Servo is an accessory for the Angenieux EZ-1 & EZ-2 cinema zoom lenses that adds ENG-style grip & servo zoom functionality. Key features include:

ENG-Style Servo Grip. The Angenieux MSU-1A Single-Motor Cine Zoom Servo adds an ergonomic ENG-style handgrip to the Angenieux EZ-1 & EZ-2 cinema zoom lenses. The grip is self-aligning and uses three screws and a guide pin for hassle-free installation.

Fast & Precise Motor. The single lens drive motor is tuned for speed while maintaining high sensitivity and precision control for lens zoom. This version of the MSU grip only has one motor for zoom control and adds roughly one pound to your rig’s weight.

Grip Control Options. Return & AIF buttons allow for lens zoom return & quickzoom focus checks, while a VTR button controls start/stop functions on compatible cameras with an optional 12-pin Hirose cable (cable not included). Zoom is controlled with a large, top-mounted rocker switch, and maximum zoom speed is adjustable via a control knob.

Compatibility. The servo grip offers analog and remote control to standard Canon & Fujinon ENG pan handles via its 20-pin Hirose connector (cable not included), and a 12-pin Hirose connector allows direct connection to compatible cameras (cable not included). A 6-pin LEMO MBUS port provides further compatibility with third-party lens control systems.
