Do you offer repairs and maintenance on all of your products?

We offer out-of-warranty repairs for all brands represented by Advanced Media. We are an authorized Service Center for many brands in the UAE, including Sony, DJI, RED, Teradek, Small HD, ATOMOS, HOLLYLAND, Profoto, SWIT, ASTERA, Aputure, Godox, Nanlite, Manfrotto, Eartec, Cartoni, Tilta, EcoFlow, and EasyRig.

Can I pay in installments?

You may use Tabby as a payment option for both showroom and online purchases. The limit of your purchase with Tabby depends on your payment history with Tabby such as your remaining balance and unpaid orders.

How long is your online delivery process?

Our regular delivery time is 1-2 working days for domestic orders and approximately 3-7 working days for international orders. Online orders placed during the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
